Laura and Michael met in December of 2016 from an online dating app. They decided to meet up for a quick drink after work. The drinks turned into dinner, then ice cream, and then a night of endless conversation and laughs while going for a walk on the seawall.

It was the holidays so they agreed to meet up again in the New Year. Soon after they became inseparable, so much so that by coincidence Laura ended up finding an apartment across the street from Michael in Vancouver!

Later that year, they went on their first trip together to Austin, Texas and started their love of travel and staying at Airbnbs in BC and around the world.

Their positive outlook on life, passion for being close to nature, cooking, and love of the interior design brings joy to their life everyday together.

Eight year later, we are now best friends, true loves, and partners in life. We're finally ready to make it official! - Laura & Michael
